No standard SOP for calculate the hour, i think.
Do you walk in and out of the PPL in 5 hours?
*
I always walk in n out, numerous time without informing, they usually can recognize me but for safety purpose in case the receptionist change shift, bring ur sign-in slip with u

* Smoking lounge is few door away from PPL KLIA tongue.gif

The max I stayed in PPL is 7 hours (overnight), the receptionist even remind me that I don't overslept and miss my flight biggrin.gif

They have several Cathay Lounge, just ask which is the biggest if u like. I usually go to the one nearest to my gate... the noodles are ok (dont go for the shanghai peanut noodle thingy)...
*
Should have access to these 3, The Wing, Cabin and Bridge, their standard is equally same (in term of food choice / real food)?

Real food... hmm.... they have a nice noodle bar... then some dim sum, vegs, mushroom, juices, cold platter the usual stuff. I would say the food in the Emirates lounge (Dubai), SIA lounge (Changi) are better. The only thing that stands out would be the noodle bar. FOod choices are all the same for those 3, just the layout and location differs.
*
Noted, then I would pick the one closer to gate. Thanks!

Oh, I heard they provide haagen dazs ice cream as well tongue.gif

Hi Herc,

The Wing is rated as one of the best lounges in the world and all the food is catered by The Peninsula HK.
This would be the pick of the CX lounges and is their flagship lounge. Enjoy!!
*
noted, thanks!

Wellness Spa and Salon is just opposite, offering similar services, no mention of food & beverages.

Did you manage to apply KrisFlyer Credit Card via Maybank Online Application? No matter which salary range that I selected, this card just doesn't appear as one of the options. hmm.gif

If can, I'll apply, if cannot then I won't. I was thinking to add one more since it shares the same CL with my other Maybank cards.
*
It's no-show for me too, I emailed the form.

So far I only tried evening and night time, still acceptable.

I still think PPL KLIA is much better than KLIA2 though there's only one PPL in KLIA.
*
PPL KLIA usually crowded from 12pm onwards til night. 2 days ago touch down around 8pm, been diverted to flight club.

I'm thinking to skip KLIA PPL for Flight Club, worth for it? Just for makan-makan and relax before flying off in the morning.
*
u go sign the slip at PPL counter, tell them u wanna go flight club, they will give u a flight club sticker to stick on ur clothes, then proceed to flight club. After that, u are free to go back PPL smile.gif

Visited last month. Taste so so. Cozy. Less crowded

Good finding but it is only limited to KLIA.
Since it doesn't mention about x number of entries, I supposed it is unlimited.
Will check it out if there is any hidden TnC.
*
it is unlimited access to PPL KLIA since long long time ago (cant recall how long)

The drawback is it has AF, not sure if first year's AF will be waived...

new applicant normally free for 1st year, and I have many years of success case to ask for AF waiver (with minimum or close to 0 usage), keep an eye during AF period
