since GM meal is huge, i ordered only 1 with 1 MBB VI for 2 pax to share and they didn't mind

Of course some PPLs offer massage service, that's excluded you have to pay for it.

Yes, besides those sj0217 mentioned, toothbrush and tooth paste as well. laugh.gif
I took it because my flight was a midnight flight and via AA, so no toiletries provided unlike other flights I took before. tongue.gif laugh.gif
