UOB Preferred Plat is only available for Malaysia PPLs and it is not a good card for PPL purpose.
So overseas PPL are not entitled.

Available at:
Kuala Lumpur International Airport
Kuala Lumpur International Airport 2
Senai International Airport
Langkawi International Airport
Penang International Airport
Kota Kinabalu International Airport
Kuching International Airport
Valid until 31 December 2016.

For KLIA2, I only go to Wellness Spa, next to McD's after immigration check.

Not because it has no overseas PPL, in fact not many local banks give overseas PPL access.
It is this part which I find ridiculous: "All you need to do is spend a minimum of RM500 per month in the past 3 months (for existing Cardmembers) or swipe a minimum RM500 within 60 days of card approval date for first time complimentary access (for new Cardmembers)."

Better apply other cards like AEON and AmBank, straightforward and no condition.

Are the airport lounges in KLIA only located at international departure?

Can I enter the lounge if my flight is domestic?

PPL is at the satellite building. If you can find your way to board the aero train, then you can go. smile.gif

I usually fly KLIA2 but not KLIA so I am not so familiar with the layout.

So if I wanna go to PPL, I would have to take aero train to international departure, and then afterwards take the train again and go back to domestic departure for my flight?

Is this right?

Yes, correct. If you can board aero train to go to satellite building, you certainly can take it back to your boarding area. laugh.gif
If I'm not mistaken, domestic area is just before aero train area, so you should be able to take it. Sorry, it has been years since I took a domestic flight in KLIA, usually international flights... sweat.gif
Just take my comments with a pinch of salt. However, about the aero train part, yes I'm sure. If you can find your way to take the aero train, then you can go to PPL. biggrin.gif

Both the main building floor where aero train located and satellite building is for international departure.

If u taking domestic flight, u have no access to it because u need to clear immigration and it's at different floor.

*Unless u clear immigration check point

Ah, good information. So, it is confirmed no PPL access if you take domestic flights in KLIA.
