Me too, I've made payment via IBG from hong leong bank, on the 21 aug to Citibank. Until now, no record yet at the unbilled transaction... This is the first time I experienced the delay.

cannot find the latest tnc for this sms, but i guess it will not be valid during aeon big day tmr
only can find previous 2 tnc for RM30 and RM80 - expired promo

still no record yet.
the fund also not bounce back (maybank)
since its already 3 member who reported an issue, so advise other member take precaution on payment made by IBG through citibank

p/s; also unfortunate that that the call centre not pick up my call outside office hour.

i think the issue is with AEON side.

I made two payments on 25 AUG also, one IBG from PBB and one from MBB, same as you, nothing on AEON yet. hmm.gif

Not at all. Just IBG to Citibank, sometimes Aeon side is slow but I have never been charged with any late payment interest anything.
