Terms and Conditions for Spend RM1,000 & Get RM30 Cash Rebate


• Subject to these terms and conditions, Principal and Supplementary Cardholder is entitled to earn RM30 Cash Rebate when they spend RM1,000 “Campaign” from 27 June 2015 – 30 June 2015 “Campaign Period”.
•

The Campaign is open to all Principal & Supplementary NEW AEON Gold Visa/MasterCard, NEW AEON Classic Visa/MasterCard, JUSCO Gold/Classic Visa Cardholders, AEON Gold Visa/Mastercard, AEON Classic Visa/MasterCard, AEON Cruize Gold/Classic Visa, AEON Watami Classic Visa, Motorcycle Association Affinity Gold Visa, Cruize Gold/Classic Visa and Japan Club of Kuala Lumpur Gold Visa “Eligible Cardholders”.



Qualifying Condition:
•
To participate in this campaign, Eligible Cardholders are required to spend RM1,000 (accumulative) throughout the Campaign Period in order to earn RM30 Cash Rebate “Rebate”.
• This campaign is not applicable for 0% Card Easy Payment, Bill Payment (Utilities, Insurance, Cable TV and Telecommunication), Cash Advance, Flexi Payment Plan, Balance Transfer, Annual Fees, Finance Charges and Installment payment.
• This campaign is also not applicable during AEON BiG Thank You Day which is from 27 June 2015 & 28 June 2015.
• Total rebate pool capped for this campaign is RM30,000. Each cardholder is allowed to earn total RM30 Cash Rebate throughout the Campaign Period.


General Terms & Conditions:
• Rebate earned will be reflected in the August 2015 statement on conditions stated below:

a) the Cardholder’s account is not delinquent or the Cardholder has not defaulted in payment of the amount owing under his/her account.

b) the Cash Rebate earned were not accumulated due to fraudulent activities determined by AEON Credit Service
•
AEON Credit shall have the sole and absolute discretion to vary the date and the frequency of crediting the Rebate. The Rebate may be reversed or cancelled by AEON Credit as its sole and absolute discretion if any transaction made by the Cardholder under this Campaign is void, cancelled and/or fraudulent.
• The Rebate is not transferable and not exchangeable for cash, voucher or credit, in part or in full.
• Transactions made by a Supplementary Cardholder will be aggregated with those of the Principal Cardholder but only the Principal Cardholder will be entitled to enjoy the redemption of the Rebate.
•
The Cardholder acknowledges that there may be lapse of time between transactions made using the AEON Credit Card and the crediting of Rebate into his/her account. As such, AEON Credit does not represent and warrant for the Rebate to be immediately available into the Cardholder’s account.
•

AEON Credit reserves the right to substitute any of the Rebates with that of a similar value at any time without prior notice.
• All Cardholders are bound by the terms and conditions contain herein and AEON Credit reserves the absolute right and discretion to suspend and/or terminate the promotion or vary the terms and conditions of the promotion without stating any reasons to the Cardholders.

AEON Credit’s decision on all matters relating to the promotion will be final and binding on all Credit Cardholders. Other terms and conditions in AEON Cardholder’s Guide shall apply.

Terms and Conditions for Spend & Get up to RM100 Cash Rebate

• Subject to these terms and conditions, Principal Cardholder is entitled to earn up to RM100 Cash Rebate when they spend “Campaign” from 28 August 2015 – 15 November 2015 “Campaign Period”.
•

The Campaign is open to all Principal and Supplementary NEW AEON Gold Visa/MasterCard, NEW AEON Classic Visa/MasterCard, JUSCO Gold/Classic Visa Cardholders, AEON Gold Visa/Mastercard, AEON Classic Visa/MasterCard, AEON Cruize Gold/Classic Visa, AEON Watami Classic Visa, Motorcycle Association Affinity Gold Visa, Cruize Gold/Classic Visa, Japan Club of Kuala Lumpur Gold Visa and AEON BiG Credit Card Gold/Classic Visa “Eligible Cardholders”.


Qualifying Condition:

To participate in this campaign, Eligible Cardholders are required to spend certain amount (cumulative) during the Campaign Period to earn respective rebate “Rebate”

2 Spend RM2,500.00 & above RM100 Rebate
• This campaign is not applicable for 0% Monthly Installment Payment Plan, Cash Advance, Insurance, Flexi Payment Plan Monthly Installment, Balance Transfer, Annual Fees and Finance Charges.
• This campaign is also not applicable during AEON Store Thank You Day (20 September 2015 and 20 October 2015) and AEON BiG Thank You Day (28 August 2015, 28 September and 28 October 2015).
• The maximum Rebate awarded under this campaign made by Principal Cardholders shall be capped as follows;

• Total Rebate pool for this campaign is capped at RM150,000 and the Rebate is capped at the respective amount for each campaign period as per followings;
