QUOTE(Kr0ll3R @ Aug 16 2015, 05:27 PM) The cashback quarter started to count on my approved date, right? or they do have their own quarterly system? yes, start from your card approval date. so each cardholder has different quarter depending on their approval date.

Programmer did this wrong before 13-May =DATE(YEAR(B4),MONTH(B4)+3,DAY(B4))
Correct version calculation effective 13-May-2015 is =DATE(YEAR(B4),MONTH(B4)+3,DAY(B4)-1)

really donno what to say aeon programmers/product managers in setting different quarters per customer ... too complex, hard to understand and tedious to customers.
should've just follow calendar quarters, to all. simple mechanic, easy to understand and support.

QUOTE(LostAndFound @ Aug 19 2015, 09:44 AM) In this case, AEON is the customer, they purchase/order the system. also blame Aeon CS head too, they should review and have a say about the product before launch. imagine the time and effort can be saved/reduced (one could guess the amount of calls they received asking 999999999th times about their quarters) if they rejected the idea of quarters calculation based on approval date.

From the bank's perspective, they might want customers to lose out on the quarterly rebate. If the quarters are based on calendar, they it is easy for the customers to score full cashback.
