I'm still waiting for CS to call me about expiring the Watami card. I'm holding back on using this card unless there is a big purchase. But I doubt I will make any big purchase for this month.

I have a feeling Watami restaurants closing down, that is why they cancel the card entirely instead of just ceasing cashback

Is anyone know if I do not want to covert to another AEON card,
- When is the 3% rebate & Point conversion will be credit into the account?
- When to clear the balance (include BT)? must clear it before 30 April?
- If all balance clear before 30 April, how the rebate credit back to me after that?

I can't get the answer from the CS, hopefully someone from internal can share the details.

I made a payment to aeon card via posonline today and i notice they no longer charge RM1.50 for the surcharge. I wonder will they deduct from the payment instead on aeon side later like what happened in m2u bill payment method last time . I hope not...

It will be deducted from the amount you paid. I just add extra RM1.50 to it.

AEON tiba-tiba double up my credit limit without asking for it. Strange.

Hi, did you check whether the transactions processed successfully or not, from the payment history in POSOnline?

I tried paying aeon card via posonline using credit card that earlier this month but the transactions ended up unsuccessfully.

ya its successful.

u need to click the update button manually sometimes to check the status. the website problem.

u need to becareful when entering the expiry date for credit card. it wants it in a weird format of YYMM instead of the usual MMYY

if u enter terbalik, your transaction wont even manage to go to the TAC request page and will just auto fail.

watami cc will become invalid when 1st May, regardless u convert or not convert? same goes with inside points and CB?
