1st time paying Aeon credit card via IBG.
Just to double confirm to avoid any payment error.

Remember to use IBG and not IBFT as it will not work.

I'm not sure if my memory serves me right, thought I remember someone saying if we add the verification when IBG to AEON, it may fail.

Can someone who did IBG to AEON via Citibank with added verification, ie. New IC , that works?

As far as I know, only Instant Transfer cannot be used to make payment for AEON CC.

I always put my I/C for them to check, especially for credit card payment. I did use RHB & PBB GIRO payment before without any problem.

I own an enterprise , submitted my 5 months bank statement (total i have only 5 since just recently started business) on the 14th of Oct but up till now still no news and when i call them they got no solution for me!

how do they actually value if a business owner is entitled for the card? i can only say got quite healthy in and out transactions... but frm their point of view, how do they determine, i wonder?

i also have healthy personal savings account as i do many odd job and trading, should i include? no history of employment or income tax yet.. only last time few months part time many years ago got some EPF record. lol

if you have cimb casa, use it for ibg payments as it is free until early 2016.

I think is because you don't have any tax records and your business is still new.

Just found out that when we called CS and the officers are all engaged, we can leave our number for them to return our calls. Within 2 hours time. Let's see they really return my call or not

For example, Principal Card approved on 15/11/12.

1st quarter = 15-11-12 until 14-02-13 (3 months).
2nd quarter = 15-02-12 until 14-05-13.
3rd quarter = 15-05-13 until 14-08-13.
4th quarter = 15-08-13 until 14-11-13

Cash rebate will be consolidated every 3 months from the card approval date and the cash rebate
will reflect in the following month statement.

is posting date...

Statement Transaction Date = Unbilled Transaction Posting Date

EDIT: If you check your statement the posting date is another date.

Was at Aeon credit Centre at Midvalley (next to Aeon Big). The staff were not competent on their card products. When I asked about the Watami card, they were not able to answer my query.

Wish the staff are trained to provide service expected.

Just got my card today.
According to Aeon Q&A page about the Watami dining rebate: if i have charged 2 retail transactions to the card, and then i spend RM35 in Watami restaurant, will i get rebate RM50 or RM35 only?

Q11: How do I earn the RM50 WATAMI Dining Rebate?
A: Principal Cardholder will get RM50 WATAMI Dining Rebate with a minimum 2 retail transactions charged to the card within 60 days of Card Approval. The RM50 WATAMI Dining Rebate will be utilized on the subsequent retail transaction in any local WATAMI Restaurants. The RM50 WATAMI Dining Rebate is shared by both Principal and Supplementary Cardholders. NOTE: Retail transactions offset by the RM50 WATAMI Dining Rebate will not earn any AEON Reward Points.

I am having the same problem as well.

Trying to apply for aeon member card to transfer and use my point in watami. The staff told me she donno anything about watami and not sure whether I can transfer the point or not. End up didnt apply
