Can we say the opening of aeon mall will boost the rental and CA for new launch such as Mesahill and Residensi Lili? I am actually thinking of buying one for own stay/investment, would that be wise?

“Pelbagai infrastruktur termasuk lebuh raya dan jalan raya baharu akan dibina termasuklah Lapangan Terbang Antarabangsa Kuala Lumpur (KLIA) ke Senawang dan ke Lebuh Raya Kajang-Seremban (Lekas), begitu juga lebuh raya dari KLIA ke Port Dickson,” ujarnya.

Dalam MVV juga, satu `jalan yang hilang' dari Lebuh Raya Utara Selatan (PLUS) ke Lekas akan disambung dengan satu penyambungan akan dibina di Labu, selepas pekan Nilai dan dari situ akan disambung terus ke KLIA.

“Kita akan ada Pembangunan Berorientasikan Pengangkutan (TOD) di satu kawasan baharu. Turut dirancang kelak ialah kereta api laju Express Rail Link (ERL) yang tidak berhenti di stesen Seremban, tetapi di stesen baharu Labu dan dari situ dipanjangkan ke KLIA. Boleh jadi ERL itu disambung dari KLIA ke Port Dickson,” katanya.

Dalam pada yang sama juga kata Mohamad, jalan kereta api yang tidak berfungsi dari Seremban ke Port Dickson akan dibangunkan semula, selain pembesaran jalan dari Sepang, Lukut dan Port Dickson.

What bad news? hmm.gif
Salak Tinggi already has the ERL in operation now. It can go Labu/ Seremban for HSR transit or Bandar Malaysia for direct SG trip if the proposed ERL extension and HSR materialized.
