Hi, AEON very agressive ah? 1.2mil GFA is big but nilai got crowd growth to support such mall?? No AEON in the area now right?

AEON seems like confident with the "sibeh far and ulu" place such as Negeri Sembilan...

If together with the one in Senawang, AEON shall have total 3 branches (Seremban 2 + Senawang + Nilai) in Negeri Sembilan alone...

That's my thought as well - will it manage to pull enough crowd
How strong is the student market to support?

Perhaps they hope to target neighborhood areas such as Bangi, Bandar Seri Putra, Semenyih and Mantin...

Afaik, Aeon has been successful to ong the surrounding properties. That indeed will be good if the track record continues to repeat in Nilai and Senawang

Hope Aeon forgone plan built the small mall at Sibeh Ulu Beranang and shift the mall ( add the size) it to not so ulu Nilai

Colleges here will able to support the FnB n cinema but not sure about fashion.. Are there more than 70k students in nilai?

I think this mall will do WELL due to nilai not having any shopping malls now, many universities (5 at least) & growing local population

Isn't there a Tesco? I used to jalan-jalan once at Tesco Nilai in one Saturday - quite quiet.

Yeah, Tesco side by side with Giant.. AEON will be nearby as well... one-stop shopping area...

Uncle, shall there be any AEON mall in Beranang or not I am not sure, but I am very sure there will be NO Aeon Mall in the sibeh ulu Jade Hill..

I think all major uni areas should have malls for them to spend n enjoy good lifestyle.. what u think? I think students dnt mind spending n would rather have cinema/malls nearby for btr lifestyle.. Can support MY economy

Jade Hill not need Aeon. We already have Cheras Selatan Aeon. IOI City Mall. Capitaland Mines. All with cinema

Oh yeah Tesco and Giant definitely are diff level than Aeon. To me Aeon is more suited for family rather than students. Is it aiming the right segment?

Initially there was a plan to have MBO in the commercial next to Starz Valley at Inti College there but at the end tak jadi.

hahaha... Cheras Selatan in Balakong, IOI city mall in Putrajaya, The mines in Seri Kembangan... None in sibeh ulu and polluted Jade Hill woh...
