Nilai to far away from KL and PJ and I even doubt Semenyih or Cheras folk will goto Nilai. Xiamen university is located in such an ulu place, you will only probably see Big Foot and Chupacabra's there. Better for Xiamen and any foreign future university (especially Chinese, Taiwan, US, UK, Austrailia, Canada or New Zealand) to be located in Broga, Semenyih.

I disagree that Xiamen will be better off in Broga than in the current location. The current place which is in Kota Warisan in very near to KLIA. Easy for foreign students. Near to ELITE highways and will be more accessible once the Serenia City interchange is open. Can go to Putrajaya and Cyberjaya through federal roads. Can go to KL thru MEX. ERL is just at doorstep to go to KL Sentral or KLIA. Broga or Semenyih is not that near to KL too. Maybe for cheras and kajang folks. I concur Growing up within the vicinity. I've never seen such growth as of the last 5 years. Its almost overwhelming.

been to the site for viewing and understanding future development of this piece of land. not only largest aeon is building, sime darby has a piece of 250acre land wherer it is gonna be PURELY commercial.
this will be the only place where residential unit supplies cannot chase the demand of them.

The land beside McD and Shell belongs to GD Holdings, sized 50 acre, mixed development consists of hotel, serviced apartment, offices and warehouse

No offence. Nilai is well connected by highways around albeit far. Semenyih is like in middle of nowhere.
