I dnt consider mydin as a mall lor... its just a hypermarket with retail shops inside..

Got good tenants ah?? I think seremban house price went up the most in the past few yrs laugh.gif laugh.gif This nilai got a lot of new houses?? rmbr las time they say airport city but even sepang end up no good n still a big palm oil estate

Yeah, if accoding to normal practise by AEON, NLA should be around 55-60% of GFA, around 650k sqf... AEON tebrau has an area of about 30 acres (1.3 mil sqf), with 690k sqf NLA..

Dunno about the actual land size. However with the gross floor area of about 1.2million sqf, the land should not be small... brows.gif

lots of projects in salak tinggi rite now..paramount juz bought land from NCT and they will develop residential units..OIB still has on going projects that will finish in 2-3 years..so expect salak tinggi population will boom in 5 years time
