I made an order from 11street last month and I paid with PB VS and I got the cash back as well. This month 11street decided to cancel my order and they refunded the amount to me. Will PB minus the cash back from the previous month?I have already maxed out for this month before they refunded the amount to me. Do I now have to spend the same amount to max out my cash back again?

Did you have one before this? I had one registered but never use for 10 years. I guess I too have to go to branch. I can't even remember my username anymore.
*
if u have previously registered and closed your accont, your username tied to your IC number might still be in their system. they have to delete that account for you to re-register. happened to me before, i sent an email asking about the issue and they called me to check and then solved the issue for me.

applied via ringgitplus. Forwarded my docs to pbcs_online@publicbank.com.my as required in the email. Any idea how long before I can check my application via their IVR?

I haven't used that account for like 10 years.. so i tried my luck today to register online and it worked. Hahahaha. I guess they must have already removed me for being dormant.

The branch doesn't do much. They have a big tong where you throw in your application for credit card which they would then send over to the card center for processing. Branches don't process credit cards.
*
Maybe my question wasn't specific enough. laugh.gif Actually wanna know if branches are fast in term of sending applications to centre for processing. tongue.gif So, it will be faster if apply via online ya?
Then, I guess it is better to apply via online then.

Ooppss.. I accidentally deleted my own reply. Branches don't do much. They have a big tong that collects all the credit applications and then that is sent to their card center for process. At least that is what I saw in the USJ branch.

Not too bad actually. biggrin.gif
Prefer to do things online rather than walking to branch if there is such an option. I will inform her then. biggrin.gif

Why couldnt you?
Did you have technical problem?

Or simply because you couldn't get the cash rebate by using PBe?

Actually you don't. You just throw it into a bin. You don't even hand it to any customer service agent. The branch that I went had a bin that says "Place credit card applications here". The branch won't be the people processing the card.

That's why they got it wrong because they are trying to help as customer service instead of card center agents. The branch I went to was so lazy that they already pre-stamp all the application forms with the name of the customer service who is suppose to attend to you but the person's not there. Like I said, the branch does not process credit cards. At the end of the day all the forms are sent to the card center.

My point was... online u deal with a nameless CS when u call in....

WHen I did it at the branch.. I have a name to put to a face.. anything go wrong I know who to point at and they jump fast when a complain goes thru...
