There are slow - I've sent them a couple of emails over the last few weeks, and each of the email took them 1 full week to response!

I rate the CS quite good actually. Probably they are having quite a number if new application this time around due to amex cutback and RP promo.

I sent on 30 June, no reply, Ytd I sent another email, they reply n said have help to email to processing dept to expedite, ask me to send them follow up email after 5 working days.. Haiz... Really so slow..

You sent in on 30 June till now still processing consider not bad, i emailed in mine on 12 June and it's still under process 😠

Urs is worst than me. So ur one going to over 30 days soon. Is it mean no free luggage? My flow as below:
1. Apply via ringgit plus on 17 June
2. Received email from pbcs 18 June
3. Submit my doc 19 June
4. 1st follow up on 30 June -in progress
5. 2nd follow up 7 July -in progress

i got mine for week 5 today, max rm50..all transaction on Monday

just check my transaction its actually on 8/6 so i think thats week 6 so probably i will know next week then if week 5 is out this week thanks for the update too

Week 5 in for me too (50 every week, except for Week 4).

Just some grumbling here, to alert anyone in same position as me:

Week 4 made 3 transactions on Monday 25 May (MAS, Air Asia and Starbucks), all above RM100. The MAS transaction was carried out after midnight (2am+) but transaction date said 24 May! Called CS to show them my TAC and MAS confirmation e-mail to prove transaction date. But they said nothing could be done. So I lost my RM50

Week 10 made 3 transactions on Monday 6 July. One of them was to Triangl (Australian online retailer, but US server I suppose), at 2pm Malaysian time. Transaction date Sunday 5 July!!! Once I found out, I quick swiped another RM100 on Tuesday to make sure I wouldn't lose out again!

im waiting for my week 6 as i made a transaction on 8.6.15 for watsons online but it was only posted like on 16/6/15 although the transaction date is 8/6 so im scared public bank might not count that week...so wanted to make sure that doesnt happen so if everyone get theirs and i havent get mine i will call them so they can make the rectification....

It happened to me too when I swiped at Cosway retail outlet but it was classified as direct marketing, so quickly did an online Pizzahut trax on Tuesday. Hopefully still qualifies.

For your week4, why don't u get all your evidence and email it to CS.

Most of time I will call the CS after completing the 3 trax to confirm trax qualification for d CB.

Wah, u really want to get the cash back. It is time consuming and also cost to make call to them to check.

Its worth it. There are 12 weeks; assuming strike all 12 weeks, then it's RM600 free cash.

I've lost 1 week, but hoping all other 11 weeks will get through.

And if u use VS and swipe on the 3 CB categories of Online,Grocery n Dining, u get another RM416*6%=rm25 CB, in total rm75/week.

Yup its worth it just that i dont have so many transaction to make weekly to qualify so its alright...i will try on weeks that i got three rm 100 transaction
