anybody knows how to pay Indah water bills online using credit cards for cash back? my company bills  each time RM300+ to pay.

I used to pay with OCBC titanium for its 1% CB, now no more 1%.

tried search but found out so far no good cash back for it, worse no credit cards provide online payment except OCBC???
*
I thought OCBC TI first RM1000 online transaction still earns 1% cash back?

Anyone utilize the 0% for 12 months balance transfer as part of the "Get Smart with PB" promotion? How to apply for for this Balance transfer offer for new card member?

I called PB card service and they ask me to download from Public Bank webiste, and the form that I found is for 0% for 6 months or 2% for 12 months, which is a totally different promotion.

Just got my first statement after activating the card for ~ 6 weeks. I received and activated my card around May 15 and statement date mentioned is on 28th of every month, however I didn't get any statement in May despite having 3 transactions on May 20/22/24. So I can only get RM60 cash rebate and should have gotten another ~RM30 if I got the statement on May 28.

Anyone has similar experiences?

Submitted balance transfer (for 0% 12 mth as part of new card member offer) last Thursday, still no news from them yet. How long does PBB typically takes to response/process?

Do you have an online PBe account/access?.... Every transaction is captured immediately... in the amount spent, balance limit... etc... it's better and clearer (than most banks that I have access to...4 other online accounts)
*
I do have an online PBE account for years and have the card linked to my online account since day 1. I can see all the transactions but they skip the first statement (which should be on May 28), and roll all the transaction for 1st 6 weeks into 2nd month - which is my first statement. Because of this, I'm losing ~ Rm30 in cash rebate should PBB issue the first statement on May 28.

A very slow respond bank, 3 weeks already and it is still "Your IC number is not in our record"
*
Same here. Not getting timely notifications from PBB.
- 2 weeks after submit online and got similar message : Your IC number is not in our record
- re-submit online on 3rd week, no news at all from PBB for the next 2+ weeks
- Received a delivery failure notice from Pos Laju on the 5th week, turn out to be PBB VS card. PBB never call me at all
- Register for the free Galaxy V phone and performed 1st swipe the card ~ 1 week after activation
- 1st statement date passed(~ 2 weeks after activation), no news on statement, all transaction remained as unbilled transactions
- noticed from PBB online that my credit limit has been slowing increased to ~ 2X rclxub.gif over the next 4 weeks, I didn't call or ask for credit limit increase
- Received my free phone ~ 4 weeks after 1st swipe, this round was informed by their agent (who sent the phone) prior to phone shipment
- Submit my balance transfer after ~ 6 weeks from activation date, approved and executed by PBB after 3 working days, again PBB never call, only receive SMS a day after they post the transactions
- Finally my 1st statement is posted after 6 weeks from card activation date, only got RM60 cash back. Lost ~ RM20 cash back for not getting first "supposed to be" 1st statement on previous month.

There are slow - I've sent them a couple of emails over the last few weeks, and each of the email took them 1 full week to response!

I'm planning to apply for the 12 months 0% Balance Transfer for new cardholders. Can anyone who has done it share the procedure? Do I need to head to a branch?
*
Fill up the form from post # 161, fax it to the number on the form, wait for 3-4 days.

Do you need to include credit card statements from the banks that you are transferring over?

I don't have access to a fax machine, much less know how to operate one. Am from the digital generation. Looks like I'll have to use snail mail  sweat.gif

I didn't include any credit card statements for my BT application. PB Card Services CS stated that it can be sent through email - refer to email screen shot below.

Thank you so much!

How long did you have to wait after mailing them to know the status of the balance transfer?
*
I faxed to them, didn't use email. Fax on Thursday afternoon, BT was executed on the following Tuesday, and only receive SMS notification on Wed.

Used my PBB VS to pay 5 bills through UOB payonline at 12:10am this morning, hopefully can get the RM50 cash back besides the regular 6% cash back.

Was aiming for RM100 cash back, but couldn't find 3 mores bills to pay and am not free to go out early to swipe 3X more. Anyway, RM50 is better than none.

Which bill you paid? Are you sure bills are allowed in the contest?

Refer to explanation from 1st post of page 87 (post # 1721).

牛头不对马嘴, I think refer to everyswipe contest, not 6% CB.

To be frank - I don't know.

And for the 6% cash back feature for this card, it is awarded for online transaction, not for bill payment. If you pay your bill online at respective service provider website (Celcom, Maxis, TM, TNB and etc), they are not counted as online transaction and earn 0% cash back. But if you use 3rd party portal (such as UOBPayOnline - as mentioned in post # 1721), they are considered as online transaction, not bill payment, and you get 6% cash back from these bills.

Since paying bills through UOBPayonline is considered as online transaction, not bill payment, it should qualify for and counted towards the 3/5/8 swipes for cash back. I think I read somewhere that people get cash back from bill payment through UOBpayonline in previous cash back campaign.

Regardless if they are counted - I already earn 6% cash back from these monthly bills payment. If they qualify and counted as part of the 3/5/8 swipe cash back campaign, then it will be bonus to me. If not, nothing lost since there are no extra efforts from my part (except staying up late on Sunday night to pay these bills at the very beginning of the week to ensure I'm one of those early birds).

Guess will know in about 1 months time if I get the RM50 cash back. Finger crossed!

Sorry..uob online eligable for 6% cashback..but not eligable to be counted as a swipe for cashback campaign..(3x..5x..8x..)confirm?tqvm

UOB PayOnline:-

6% cash back : Yes
Every swipe cash back : Yes

I just got my week # 4 RM50 for my 5X bill payment (Unifi, Celcom, Maxis, Tenaga) through every swipe cash back promotion, on top of 6% cash back! No other transaction above RM80 beside that 5 mentioned above during that week!

Are you sure Tenaga bill accepted for the every swipe cash back??

The T&C says Utilities (tenaga) bill excluded.
*
If not accepted, how did I get RM50 cash back when I don't have any other transactions > RM80 for the week beside that 5 transactions through UOB PayOnline?

Bravo, notworthy.gif  u dare to do (bohkiasi) what others won't and u are rewarded. So looks like PBB systems can't detect this is utility bill cos it goes thru a payment gateway n MCC code is not utility. rclxms.gif don't think transactions type are checked by human.
*
Nothing to lose! Already got 6% cash back using PBB VS for all those 5 transaction which I'm going to pay anyway! Every swipe cash back is just "big" bonus! :-) tongue.gif tongue.gif
