branch officer told you rm35k or hq officer?

the CS number, i call them june 21 and today, now it is 35k and existing credit limit is not counted in.

Unlike Maybank, you can use exisiting credit card limit to offset the amount of FD pledge..

Just got my first statement after activating the card for ~ 6 weeks. I received and activated my card around May 15 and statement date mentioned is on 28th of every month, however I didn't get any statement in May despite having 3 transactions on May 20/22/24. So I can only get RM60 cash rebate and should have gotten another ~RM30 if I got the statement on May 28.

Anyone has similar experiences?

Submitted balance transfer (for 0% 12 mth as part of new card member offer) last Thursday, still no news from them yet. How long does PBB typically takes to response/process?

Question: Does 1 online bill payments count as 1 swipe towards the 12 swipes per year - to get waiver for AF?

For supplementary card, if swipe 12times/yr can also qualify for AF waiver?

Anyone know if credit card holder can use their online banking feature to check statements?

I just got this card but on the website there is no option to register new users.

Do you have an online PBe account/access?.... Every transaction is captured immediately... in the amount spent, balance limit... etc... it's better and clearer (than most banks that I have access to...4 other online accounts)

I do have an online PBE account for years and have the card linked to my online account since day 1. I can see all the transactions but they skip the first statement (which should be on May 28), and roll all the transaction for 1st 6 weeks into 2nd month - which is my first statement. Because of this, I'm losing ~ Rm30 in cash rebate should PBB issue the first statement on May 28.

can anyone confirm if online payment are considered "swipe" or not? PBB CS told me that a swipe has to be a physical swipe ie. take out the card from wallet and SWIPE at machine smile.gif

VS cardholders, can confirm?

usually online is considered as a transaction. but since CS said it is not, then just do 12 physical swipe. if you want, you can email and ask again, they would be more careful when it comes to black and white.

Yeah, will do that cos other banks DO consider a transaction as a swipe , I actually ask him to check properly and he still insisted that have to do "physical" swipe tongue.gif

This is fantastic , most of my insurance are from AIA but annual payment > RM1000, gotta ask for monthly already. A bit leceh lar, have to log in and pay monthly but 6% is too tempting biggrin.gif
