how long since your first transaction ? i am still waiting... since end of april...  sad.gif

2 weeks. i sold for 150 only... hmm.gif

anyway, weird thing is when u register the card in your PBE online account to view your statements, you can't pay your credit card. you can view the transaction history and even an option to click pay. but when u click it will show error. had to go to the branch back to link it.

Guys,

a noob question here

In determining annual income, do banks take into account (non-contractual) annual bonus?

if based on gross salary...I no qualify doh.gif

maybe if u get the same bonus past 3 years,, lol.. or maybe they treat it like overtime where they take in to 60% of it.

It depends on policy.
If my yearly premium is rm1200 but quarterly is rm301, of course I don't mind switching to quarterly to enjoy 6% CB.

any price increase if you switch to monthly or quarterly? some i see got.. some dont have.

bill number is situated below the bar code. It is a 8 digits number after the 14 digits TNB account number.

The loan kind of gives a impression that you have been approve by other banks, and the ccris will show u are a good paymaster. Personal loans are no good. Car and house loans with good record is good. If a 1 year old boy has his name in the house put in by the parents, and is paid consistently past 20 years, the kid got a 20 year history compared to someone at 18 who just open an account.
