received stement today, confirm supp card got CB on its own. me surprised all supp card statement dates totally different.
Called and asked CS , she said becos separate CL /account, she offered to send me new cards all in same account and get same dates for convenience, i told her NO THANKS (u wont get CB if u follow her advice)

So, if I want to apply for supplementary card, I need to choose this option n nominate a credit limit to my sup? Any form to fill up specifically for supplementary card only?

Can request to change the statement date to the same right? Btw, how many supplementary cards can a card holder apply?

almost 180 degree to what you were told last time ie. separate CL no cash back at all.

my statement date is tmr. if i spend tmr, will the cash back falls under next statement or tmr's statement?

based on my experience, next statement

if that so (another separate RM50 monthly rebate for supp card holder with separate credit limit), then i going to make a supp card, plus supp card application entitle for a free blender also..

After i sent email to Ringgit Plus, they helped to escalate issue to PB.
Within a day, I received he unique code from PB.

min RM50 for credit card.....less than RM50 use internet banking

i tried more than 10 times already each time get me that error message

Any transaction (entitled to 6% cashback) is refunded, the 6% rebate is also taken out based on the transaction amount posted.

Eg.

Posted 20-Jun-2015
Transaction amount : USD10.00 (RM38.00)
Rebate given : RM2.28

Refund posted 12-Sep-2015
Refund Transaction amount : -USD10.00 (-RM42.00)
Rebate given : -RM2.52

only revision was max cashback set to RM50 instead of RM60.

you sure you havent hit RM50 cb? if not, perhaps call CS to check and clarify.
