Just check with CS, unfortunately for Agoda transaction (pay later), it will be keyed in manually (not online transaction)..

So, for Agoda make sure you guys select pay now to get the 6% rebate

So you accept their reasoning?

I have one agoda pay later option in few months. I will challenge this.

wah..thanks for the info.

I have 3 bookings on ' pay later ' mode.
Going to call closer to date to change to another card.

Is the transaction eligible for the points, even tho u didn't get the cash rebate?

Better check again what is the current booking price. I checked mine and found that it is about RM120 more expensive if I cancel my pay-later booking and re-book.

Is the 6% here referred to the 'Online transaction cash rebate' by PB VS?
If so, yes, it will follow the posting date.

Do bear in mind that if you opted 'Pay Later' in other currency, it may have increased a lot with RM depreciating.
So, weigh your pros and cons before changing.

If you opted to pay in RM although Pay Later, I assume the price is locked in at the RM that you have committed during booking.

I am not going to cancell and rebook..will call CS to jus change the credit card to be charged.
Have done this before.. does not affect my booking.

Actually, I did the booking end Aug via Shopback..usual CB Rm25 per booking.
Then early Sept got promo..RM49 CB drool.gif ... I check price still de same. so i cancelled earlier booking and re-book.
So my cash back will be RM49 x 3 instead of RM25 x3 blush.gif

Thanks for the reminder. My booking is in MYR. But due to US $ appreciation when I cancelled and re-booked, the value of my Agoda points also appreciated rclxms.gif
