Hi all sifu, i wish to get a set of speaker for my pc, budget will be RM200 to Rm300.
2.1 system is good enough for me. Current looking at Creative A250.
Is there any other recommendation?

If anyone would like to push the budget to audiophile grade speakers, consider the B&W 600 series. OR all the way to the flagship 800 series. Recent review:

what are the expected prices? I'm always hesitant to spend more than RM1k but I guess I'll never reach audiophile level without pushing my budget.

XM2BT is a multi inputs speaker, it can support Bluetooth connection, USB and Micro SD.
XM2BT have good sound quality and wireless remote.

For truly TWS earbuds for under $400 and listening to EDM, R&B, Pop songs mainly via Sportify...

Between Sudio Niva vs Edifier TWS 2 vs Anker SoundCore Liberty Lite, what would you recommend?

TIA

Edifier Boss, what happens if I combo 2 different speakers together? I got a Edifier M3300 I bought like 9 years ago that only has the subwoofer and 1 speaker working.

Thinking of buying those bookshelf speakers and split the audio to that and the subwoofer just to keep the subwoofer, think it will work? Or just throw the subwoofer and switch to 2.0 bookshelf speakers?

Also on a related note, does Edifier do repairs on old cheap speakers? One of the speakers don't work because the port( to connect the satellite speakers to the subwoofer) just work.

Yes, we provide repair service and you can send your speaker to our office for fixing.
You can use the current sub as your new 2.0's sub woofer to increase the bass effect.

Guys, I'm using pioneer htib before connect to my PC via HDMI in but it went kaput last year. The sound is satisfying in my taste. Right now I'm using old Logitech x540 I think but recently it has problem like the sound intermittent goes low and normal.
Right now I'm survey for 5.1 system like z906. Is this speaker good? How's durability for this speaker? Has anyone got this system? Please don't suggest me a 2.1 system. Tq

Z906 durability is random. Only a select few will have a volume pod problem that makes low volume and cannot control.
Overall its a good system for startup I'd say. Comes with Dolby and THX approved with various inputs for home tv use.
I don't know what input you can support with your pc. Optical? HDMI? Analog 5.1?

What are your budget range?

idk why you don't want a 2.1 system but

why not explore Edifier lineups?
especially the Edifier S760D. Easily defeats the Z906 with power and clarity anytime.

If you want a slightly budget range, the Edifier C6XD is quite all in one for minimal price.
If you are ok with messy analog wires, you can opt for a slightly budget version of S760D which is the S550 Encore.
Or a smaller system which is the R501TIII

My budget is below rm1.2k I guess. Input wise, analog will do, hdmi is a great bonus. Pioneer htz323bd eol I can't find anywhere.
C6xd will do as z906? I'm using for watching movies, playing games and maybe 10% listening to music as I rarely do. I like logitech z906 because not space eater and looking nice but I contemplated about durability as many said got problems after warranty expired.

Definitely can't defeat the logitech Z906 if you compare C6XD there. Overall I'd think the top end is fine but the subwoofer is going to be missing out a lot.
But if you said analog connections are okay then the R501TIII or DA5100 will be a fair comparison to Z906. At least that has a more full overall sound.

Alternatively you can opt for a standalone av receiver to connect your existing pioneer setup. At least can make full use of your old speaker instead of buying more speakers if you still have em.
Denon AVR-X250BT would be around your RM1.2k budget with both analog and digital/HDMI connection for bypass.
Definitely not a space saver setup though sweat.gif
