Everyone knows fish oil and olive oil good heart. Google Mediterranean diet for cardiovascular health. Mediterranean diet is high in olive oil and garlic. Don't ask you to eat eat like them. Just incorporate some of what they eat into your diet.

I rather smell of garlic rather than when I am old, go for heart operation. Pay little for fish oil, olive oil and garlic than pay very high price for heart operation. Even heart operation cannot return your body back to 100% before disease.

Last time I had to go to Standard & Chartered bank every month to make monthly deposit just

I need to use the money box for Mach FD, and I need to maintain the Mach debit card in order to use
the money box, and Mach Bank charge me RM 8 annual fee for the debit card which I do not like it...

Oh, u asked OCBC leng lui RM ?    I may go there tomorrow to see my leng lui RM to get RM300 referral bonus and may place the FD to get the pen also (if eligible for OLD customer). 

The first time I sign up for the OCBC acct, the leng lui RM also did not know about their CNY FD Ang Pow (I think that is the name of the contest) contest .
