Amaya now having trouble to lease the units as all the Chinese "expatriates" have migrated to Velocity. Good luck to those who buys this project and also to the developer.

This is what the developer delivered for their previous project. Don't need to look the interior but exterior is enough to know the Chinaman style.

Malay wording + kindergarten font size + cheap material??!!

U think Lee Chong Wei is enough to boost ur sales so deliver shit-watch quality?

cant help as Amaya location wise near the old shoplots. Velocity has more atas feel as it's still new surroundings

Location is very strategy, if velocity mall 2 able to link to services apartment shop here, and shop here also link to aeon. I think very will be very attractive.

This location got 2 train station (LRT & MRT) is best selling point, extra selling point is AEON, walking distant to velocity1 and 2 (may be)

You really need to consider the delivery of so called "Swiss watch" standard. Well they took the buyer complain and try to do something about it..This is finally what come out in the end. Come on! Signage also so bad taste!! Who is the designer that you are hiring really?

Was looking at the Amaya Maluri subsale units and suddenly remembered Lavile when I happen to be leafing thru this section. biggrin.gif

Location wise, I agree with the others that it is strategic (close to the city, Sunway Velocity, Mytown, IKEA Cheras and the shoplots surrounding it), plus more facilities compared to Amaya Maluri, but the deal breaker is the htc nearby at 100m (based on Google Maps calculation, btw). One SA who is selling a unit at the latter even took a couple of photos and one of the bedrooms happen to be facing it. doh.gif

Seems like this is the cheapest available option if compare the Price psft.
but have to risk for the outcome may turn out to be a flat...
(after seeing how they did for Villa Krystal landscaping/facade compared to their illustration photos)

For me, the advantages are it's close to Aeon, Sunway Velocity, Ikea Cheras and Mytown plus it's close to the city, TRX and Bandar Malaysia.

The bad part is that it's close to the htc, approx 150m ish. Just use Amaya Maluri as a sample (since it's next door to Lavile) and you get the picture on the distance.

As for the other new developments, there's also J.Dupion, M Vertica, Shamelin Star, Parc 3 (to be launched) and 28 Boulevard to name a few. Like you, I'm also looking around this area for our own stay. smile.gif
