I am quite interested of this project but seriously concern about the probably new coming condo built by Pavillion Integrity between the small alley of Lavile and Amaya. Do anyone know the details? Is it any risk of view-blocking if I choose the higher floor of block B or C？

FLASH NEWS ::: New landowner Pavilion Integrity has proposed to convert the said land in between Amaya Maluri and Lavile Kuala Lumpur into commercial-use land. The company plans a single 45-storey tower with a total of 698 units.

The easiest way to access the gallery is by parking at AEON Maluri. Once you are in AEON Maluri, look for Black Canyon Coffee and exit from there. We are almost adjacent to Black Canyon Coffee.

A1 and A2 block are 300+m away from htc. an check on google map (from the car park near the rapidkl bus terminal to the end near lorong peel.

is a "cut throat" price, I bought a unit fr a branded developer (recently the boss just got an award as top man ),
it only cost 1K per floor up (increase fr level 20 to 30+)facing PJ & KL view !

You bought the unit with fully furnish or bare unit ?

basically, when vp, just buy bed, install lighting (of cause , not forgetting toilet paper - not provided !). that's all
TV not required, just plug my computer & watch movie on internet !

Facing PJ means partly facing west?

I think need to compare apple to apple.need to consider location,freehold,near shopping mall or mrt,surrounding future development ,facilities, partial or fully furnish.
