Any idea when this project will be officially launched?

I'm aware that they are already accepting bookings but could it be a possibility this project will be deferred due to low take up numbers?

FY, developer is cleaning the land now..this is purely based on what I saw recently.

No idea when it going to launch... Mayb developer waiting for Sunway velocity launching first?

But as what I said just now, they start cleaning the site recently...dun think it will be deferred. No idea about the take up rate...u got info bo?

What I know is the access road to the site is getting better...developer should say TQ to Sunway group.

1 BLOK PANGSAPURI SERVIS - BLOK A(740 UNIT) 39 TINGKAT
1 BLOK PANGSAPURI SERVIS - BLOK B(266 UNIT) 30 TINGKAT
1 BLOK PANGSAPURI SERVIS - BLOK C (272 UNIT) 28 TINGKAT

259 units sold from total 1278 units, 20%.....hohoohoh.....existing buyers will be shaking like a leaf....

they say after sat will be rm900 persf.. increased
i think still ''over priced'' for that area (somemore commecial title o.35 fee hgh lol) + 4 yrs to build!!
as one chochrane condo at ikea approx rm900/sft or less after rebate

if compared just next to it the 'Amaya Maluri Service' approx 600~ 650persft easy rental there
if buy laville how much u going rent? not rental market in laville lol sweat.gif confused.gif

wat hell better go for landed hse property more space biggrin.gif

If Lavile launched at >RM800psf, it will make more sense to buy Ekocheras. Different locality yes, however psf wise should be cheaper, integrated development with resi-office-mall linked with MRT.

Of course... Ekocheras didn't sell their project as Swiss Watch Quality..

No doubt PSF for Ekocheras should be cheaper than Lavile..but MRT distance wise from Eko MRT to Bukit Bintang station is far if comparing with Maluri MRT station.

Anyway, Lavile definitely not an integrated development it just outstanding itself by leverage the surrounding development. Of course...Swiss Watch Quality or not still difficult to justify la. Haha

Even the official soft launch.. DLCW was not there whoa... The RM1m+ condo is nothing for him le. 3 years down the road he might even forgot he owns a condo in Lavile. rclxs0.gif
