If Lavile launched at >RM800psf, it will make more sense to buy Ekocheras. Different locality yes, however psf wise should be cheaper, integrated development with resi-office-mall linked with MRT.

Of course... Ekocheras didn't sell their project as Swiss Watch Quality..

Even the official soft launch.. DLCW was not there whoa... The RM1m+ condo is nothing for him le. 3 years down the road he might even forgot he owns a condo in Lavile. rclxs0.gif
