I believe this is not the 1st investment property that lcw got for himself, by hard earned money or free from developers.

But do we know any others? Why orher developers never take advantage of it?

If i were lcw, i will walk into 4seasons st regis bbcc and ecocitu 6c6c......you never know....might step into real gold.....

hmmm discussing pro and con should mean discussing on the accessibility, location, pricing, layout, sizes and other practical issues.... discussing DLCW as one of the advertising method doesnt seems adding any value to the potential buyers...? When I visit this project showroom... I wouldn't care which famous star is staying here... and yea DLCW wont stay in laville... he can easily buy a landed or luxury condo for his own stay elsewhere in KL...

Aaron this is where u got it wrong.....

People still talk about andy lau got this condo that condo in penang ferringgi....
Dun under estimate the power of advertising. You dun pay attention doesnt mean others wont.

You see the reaction here u know already......

but then bro... the condo in penang... its more to rental play, tourist play property seafront luxury condo leh... with the name of andy lau... the owners who bought can use the famous star names for their rental play activities to expat and tourist ma or even by the time the value appreciate when they wanna sell it... this laville... location not bad... the pricing... hmmm... i dont think the name of the famous star can create much hype here compare to those in penang.. i dont think many ppl will buy this for rental play purposes... unless u rent it out and less than 50% of your monthly installment... lolz...

No doubt PSF for Ekocheras should be cheaper than Lavile..but MRT distance wise from Eko MRT to Bukit Bintang station is far if comparing with Maluri MRT station.

Anyway, Lavile definitely not an integrated development it just outstanding itself by leverage the surrounding development. Of course...Swiss Watch Quality or not still difficult to justify la. Haha

why eko residents need to go to BB for?
there is mall on where they stay???? tongue.gif

Laville is stand-alone project with LCW an official flipper rite?

I think regardless where you stay....once awhile u still will look for other Malls to Lepak. Same question to you....if EKO have a Mall itself why still need a MRT to connect to KL city center? tongue.gif

To bring kul nangs to eko to shop?

If only once a while thingy....few extra stops wont kill you lah...

Seriously u will base yr buying decision on where u stay base on number of stops to bb?

Just read one of the most well written articles on behalf of the developer. I'll prepare my response to the article. One thing for sure, buying at this price leaves little meat for investors n high chance of underperforming with sub 3.5% yields and low appreciation if any upon completion.

Agree...a bit of unbalanced view.....

But just take the good points in the article and go find ourselves the bad points loh...

But at 900psf or thereabout.....i dun think we need to find anymore bad point already...
