Usually cleaning + topup gas only RM100-150 for R22 gas.
Panasonic got extended warranty? Thought its only 1+5.
*
Got need to ask your seller, they don't hard sell it. I only top up additional RM240 to get indoor and outdoor covered for a total of 5 years.

What would happen if I use a bigger size aircon for my room?

Eg. Room size nice for 1hp inverter but I use 1.5hp inverter instead, would the electric bill goes up compare to 1hp inverter aircon of the same brand?
*
I would assume that there would be a slight reduction as the compressor uses less time on full load as the room cools down faster. Am using on average 61-71kWh a week for a 1.5hp inverter.

bought Pana CS-U13VKH for master room.
super silent and super cool.

just wana ask:
1) in manual, nanoeG-only is said to operate 30min with fan and then fan will off. But my fan never off at all. Anyone have tried?

2) whre i can buy the network adaptor?
*
1) That function will only happen after accumulative usage of 24hours. when you turn the air conditioner off, (power light off) nanoe-g remains blue. it will run for 30 mins in fan mode.

2) shoud be any dealer.

Hi, would like to ask about Panasonic Air Conditioner.

What's the difference between this two models.

Panasonic CS-XU10VKH and CS-U10VKH?

Thanks.
*
XU has Nanoe-X and NanoeG, where as U, only Nanoe-G.

Is the air cond guy came? How is the service? Ok? What the air cond guy serviced yours?
This Daikin air-cond using R32 gas?
Bro... Mind to share your opinion towards buying a new air cond 1.5HP for master bedroom??
I am interested in Panasonic CS - U13VKH there is also another call CU-13VKH... What is their differences?
I knew that this model isn't the latest model which has only nanoe G whereby the latest model has this nanoe X... Is there any big differences? I saw their video it is like upgraded versions....

Looking forward for your advice...

Thanks
So cheap... Good service ma? My recent air cond guy charged me Rm 160 yet air cond turned to be not cold after 1 week... Now we are suffering not cold air cond
*
Am using CS/CU-XU13UKH basically the R32 Model before CS/XU-13VKH came out. Both come with Nanoe-G and Nanoe-X just that from brochures in comparison I noticed that the VKH has lower lower power input than UKH (min260-max1,200) vs (min260-max1,180). Other than that I cannot find other differences between these 2 models with the addition of the price hike in XU-13VKH. For CS-U13VKH, by looking at specs it is equivalent to R410 CS-S13TKH, main difference being the R32 Refrigerant. Attached is the features comparison between the XU and U. Hope this helps you.

Also for Nanoe Technology equipped Inverters, they do have the "In Filter Deactivation" feature which only operates after an accumulative operation in cooling/dry mode of approx 24hrs. Upon switching off the air-conditioner, it will run in low fan speed in fan mode for 30 minutes with flaps slightly open. After 30 minutes, flaps will close and Nano Tech will then eliminates bacteria/virus trapped in the filter.

Hi bro..
Thanks for being updating here in this forum.. mind to pm me your air-cond guy contact? I find their price comparatively cheaper and you mention their service good...

May I know your both air cond is non inverter or inverter?
Which means to say that the ukh behind these model is more worth of buying instead of vkh?
*
Can say so, cos I bought my XU13UKH for RM1,850. now VKH 2k+. XU=X Premium Inverter, U=Premium Inverter. UKH now has been replaced by VKH slightly about a year after UKH was launched.

the air cond guy that service my current air cond told me that panasonic air cond not good...
Reasons giving are below:
-Too much model launch in one time
-Spare parts stop production after 5 years
so the air cond if very good condition also maximum can tahan 5-8 years only.

They recommend me to take Acson or Daikin Inverter....
then the Daikin Model they offered to me is Inverter model FTK15Q with R410a gas.

which one to choose? very confuse.
*
I don't see what is not good about many model launches at one go. It gives consumers more choices to choose from according to their budget.

Spareparts stop after 5 years? I can still find spareparts from them for my model with MKH (2011 Inverter) - still running well

Preferred not to... I have respect to their after sales as they tried to workaround fix my complains.
Currently using Mr. P inverter, remember I shows the ST energy saving sticker and my clamp meter reading few pages back.
*
I did have issues with Panasonic at first, on my CS/CU-S13TKH at first. Noisy air swing, keeps ticking when moving up and down. They did resolve it by replacing drain pan assembly (comes with air swing motors). Upon repair I moved it to my office, and bought the CS/CU-XU13-UKH to replace it.

Is the current model CS/CU-XU13-UKH good to use?

So far after a full year of useage no problems so far. Gets its job done by cooling down the temperature quite fast. Using it with the optional network adaptor as well.

Hi... you changed your piping right? Your new aircond seems to be an inverter unit...
*
Did not change piping due to it being concealed.. Just did purging. Hose used for previous unit was already thick, just that one of the pipe diameter I cannot remember Liquid or Gas needed to be brazed with a smaller copper pipe due to the previous spec air con pipe being larger in diameter.

[attachmentid=10279468] This is the sticker from a Panasonic inverter aircon already at my house bought about two years ago.

Now I'm looking for another aircon for another room and went to home pro. Their RM99 new installation promo very attractive. They only have two Panasonic models in stock though.

[attachmentid=10279469] This one is non inverter yet has a lower kWh rating then my inverter unit

[attachmentid=10279480]Then there's this one which is quite high end Pansonic inverter unit with the air purification.

My questions is
1)  got 5 star energy rated air con exist now?
2)  they obviously changed their testing methodology, when did this happen?
3) how to find kWh rating online?
4) how to know if kWh rating is old standard or new standard? Just relised that bottom of sticker got "Tested According To"

thank you.
*
1) There still are 5 Star Rated Inverters if you refering to Panasonic, Sky Series R32, X-Premium Inverter R32, Premium Inverter R32, Standard R32 Inverters have them. R410a Inverts range from 3 star to 5 star
2)ST changed their rating system based on CSPF now. For the same CS/CU-PS9TKH-1 Inverter 3 star and current useage is 1021kw/h. CSPF rating came in somewhere in March this year.
3) Go download the latest air conditioner brochure from Panasonic Malaysia, the energy labels are in there.

QUOTE(overfloe @ Jul 16 2019, 03:57 PM)
Hi all,
please recommend me a good 1.5hp inverter r32 air-cond. Must have ionizer. I have narrowed down the following:

1) Sharp Plasmacluster AHXP13WMD
2) LG Dual Inverter Premium Ionizer S3-Q12JA2PA
3) Panasonic Premium Inverter Nanoe-G CS-U13VKH

Which is the best & most reliable? the above list is sorted by price.

My old daikin inverter was quite OK but now needing replacement due to never-ending leaking. panasonic inverter still going strong. panasonic non-inverter changed fan motor once. mitsubishi electric non-inverter still going strong but i hate the behavior where if there is a power cut, if the aircond is switched back on, the compressor fan will take a long time to run. hitachi, no more led but still running (changed capacitor once)
*
Panasonic CS-U13VKH. Their aftersales here in Sabah is beyond my expectations. They respond fast to complains and go all way out to assist in claim. Recently my air conditioner threw out a H67 error code, they ordered the replacement part immediately. Another case went for another unit where the front panel was not fit on one side, they came checked, ordered the new front panel for the indoor unit. Arrived within 3 days to Sabah.

After much contemplation, I will probably get Panasonic Premium Inverter CS-U13VKH-1 for my small living room because the iAuto-X feature caught my attention.

Does the iAuto-X feature really works?
*
For my bedroom it does it's job. Sends the entire unit to run af maximum output and fan speed, with both main and sub flaps angled towards the floor. Once set temperature is achieved, unit will reduce output and fan speed with the main and sub flaps pointing straight forward.

Bought Panasonic CS-U13VKH a week ago. While I am satisfied with its cooling power, the outdoor unit is already making weird rattling sound. Have already lodged a complaint with Panasonic and they will come to check within these few days.
*
Could be due to improper installation sometimes the panels are not in place properly it will make a rattling sound. Happened to my XU-13. I went and shake the outdoor unit abit and noise was gone.
