Hi everyone,
Mind sharing the way u guys use aircond e.g. high temperature + fan, first low then high temp, etc. and ur monthly bills? Need to find out the best way to use aircond with lowest electric bills possible. Thanks ☺
*
Set temp within 24°C - 26°C.
Fan speed don't set high speed.
Set auto mode for speed as possible.

whatever amount of cooling you need you need to convert electricity to cool air for it. so to minimise electric bill set the temp as high as you can still stand. everything else will not help. further savings: use inverter instead of normal a/c. further savings: close all drafts (windows, doors, ceiling), further savings: get better windows, insulate roof/ceiling, paint walls white outside, use reflective paint, plant vegetation.

These exhaust fan - are they the type seen in hotel bathrooms?

It's impossible to find another location to place the compressor. Living in a condo there are only certain places it.

I have tried to ensure the aircon setting is not high but it does not help much.

Nope, bathroom exhaust fan is too small to get the work done, i think u need bigger one like those in restaurant

Hi, You want your dining or living to be cold?
If dining is near heat source then install at B. For cooling half dining and living room.
Install at A or C if you want living room to be cold only.

Is installation charges and gst included? If not then definitely on the high side for the 2.5 hp.

If your installation is around RM100 only then will be reasonable. Anything more I think you can still bargain. unless your model is the newer model.
