I last research now York product is from China, don't remember which big company manufactures (Hisense Midea) for York.
Daikin now local OYL manufactures, i'm using it just installed 2 weeks back, it's compressor is very very noisy.

My house have 3 unit 1hp and 1 unit 1.5.hp.
I compared with my parent's house mitsubishi. Which also installed 1 week later then mine.
Mitsubishi is way silent then Daikin.

Bro, things not right bro... From spec ours would be damn silent, supposed your father's unit more noisy, but both of us encountered otherwise.

So they came and wrap cotton soundproof jacket. To my surprise the original compressor already came with 1 layer of soundproof jacket and still audible, while my Mitsubishi MHI 1hp is bare compressor without soundproof material. So they add 1 more layer of soundproof jacket, but don't feel much reduction on noise tho...

Is aircon in dry mode?
If it stop, try to use finger or some long object to flick the blower to move..... does it start?
*
if everytime start-up need to use long object flick only the blower fan starts spinning, what's wrong is that? is it repairable and was it expensive to repair?
encountered this on some old aircond...

I realize, the installing method affact alot.
I go check again, the compressor outside unit doesnt produce much noise then indoor. It's the installation problem.
The piping should be minimum 3 metre to reduce the piping vibration transfer. And also the locating on the compressor to reduce resonance of wall.
*
Mine is definitely compressor itself noisy, everyone including their in house technician admits the noise from there. Wrap 2nd layer also same and I'm staying in small house so it will be more obvious. I walk from street road also can hear the compressor noise.

Need a recommendation for my 200sqf room. My nearest shop offer me RM1.3k for daikin r32/r410 non inverter for 1.5hp. Is this a good deal? Which one is more better r32 or r410? Or should i take the inverter aircon for rm1.6k (but the shop not recommend it since im living at housing far from a town which is not good in electricity production and may damage the inverter pcb board). Im gonna use it for about 12-18hrs a day cause im not working and only doing business in my own bedroom.
*
Just FYI this brand R32 has relative noisy compressor compare to others. Even sharp same hp compressor also quieter...

Nice. What makes you choose this model? I want to buy my 1st aircon but don't know which one to choose.
*
Cheapest Panasonic model with inverter and R32. If not of R32 I may look for York inverter as their BTU cooling power and indoor fan CFM are impressive...

1.5hp inverter got so low power consumption? True or typo error? I thought such rating shall be 1.0hp inverter, observed on shopping previously... I'm still thinking 1.5hp at least would be 1,500-2,000 kwh..

guys, what is the difference between panasonic inverter and premium inverter?
all the salesman recommend me the premium inverter say will save more electricty... the difference is about rm400

really worth it?
*
If you look through their spec, premium inverter has a little higher BTU cooling power than standard inverter, but the power consumption also adds a little higher.
