They are complaining about a feature that Mitsubishi implemented. Its annoying hence an issue. Its in the owners manual. What is so hard to understand? Your aircond might not have the same feature / issue since its an older model

Bro.... i think everyone here done explaining themselves. Since this is stated already in user manual clearly this is a design decision from Mitsubishi themselves. Nothing wrong with the motor.... IT IS DESIGNED THAT WAY. If your english understanding is not good we all can understand... but dont try to say its a user issue. Yes the user can get around it like you say, but still this is due to something that mitsubishi implemented

Just that every time it happened, my mother the first one sure cursing what's this stupid aircond then she will use remote control to set to down.. pity older people can't see the remote control's flap positioning clearly every time have to manual set it back downward

Hi guys, I've been looking into upgrading my aircond from 1.5HP to 2.0HP since my room is too big for the 1.5HP to cool completely.

I've been looking at 3 models particularly. The Midea MSEP, MSXS and Samsung Premium Plus aircond. I'm tempted to get the MSEP since it's 5 Star EER while the MSXS (Despite the name) is only 4 Star EER.

I also heard Samseng brand's spare part very expensive when servicing.

Since energy savings is important to me, which one should I go for?

I'm looking at Midea since all the other rooms in my house is running on Midea. My only concern now is the Energy Efficiency between the MSXS 2HP model and the MSEP 2HP model.

Emm… personal experience is that R32 cools faster and feels colder at the same temperature setup.

There is one more aircon (midea brand) in the house that uses R32 the cooling is faster and feel colder. I set 25 degree but it feels like 24 degree or colder… but if I set 26 degree it also does not feel cold enough like normal 25 degree…somehow R32 the cool down temperature does not match the exact set temperature. Often I feel that it is too cold at 25 degree set. Not very comfortable.

R410a is more normal which 25 degree feel like 25 degree. I have the HomePod mini inside the room the temperature sensor shows 25 degree also.

Too bad I am renting house so I can only use what is provided. The Mitsubishi R410a models are provided by the developers for this house and consumes a lot of energy especially they are old models. Obviously the aircon is bought during construction.

Serious? For R32 temperature must set higher to feel the same as the temperature set? Then the temperature sensor must have prob. 🤪
