No wonder you have so much to go against me.  You are promoting Christianity.  Lol

You're welcome to come to our musical. Only 3 more hours to go, starts at 5PM in Bukit Jalil and

as for your 2nd question; the answer is no because this is a Christian Fellowship Thread and in the 1st page we have stated clearly our rules.

No Arguments in here as this thread primarily is for Christians to fellowship.

What do you mean by questions that lead to arguements ?
The first page mentioned questions allowed, arguements are not alloweed.
Questions don't cause or lead to arguements. Arguements are created by people and need at least 2 parties. You can easily tell  whether a person is argueing or asking questions.
Don't you agree ?
*
Yes I can easily tell but answer is still No.

What it means is that the question when asked and the answer given and when disagreement happened, it usually leads to argument.

The fact that you needed to ask this and If I have to explain something that is so obviously common sense, then I guess No.

If obviously so common sense, I don't think there will be questions about it.
I refer to questions that cannot be easily answered by common sense and/or if the common sense answer may lead to evidence that Christianity is wrong, but no arguements. How about that ?

Which part of the No you don't understand?

Love this quote!

The Hermeneutic Of The Divine Economy

Underlying this mode of exegesis is the belief that,

QUOTE
Scripture is the semiotic medium in which God encodes the pattern of the divine economy.

In other words,

QUOTE
Scripture bears witness to the sequence of events, people, places, and, in this case, Hebrew and Greek words that make up the divine economy. Individual elements are part of a single picture, pieces of a vast puzzle that awaits proper arrangement…

The reader's job is to assemble verses and make sense of them within a broader context. What we determine for our context or frame of reference helps determine what the text means. In this way, interpretation guides reading. Philip asked the Ethiopian eunuch, “Do you really know the things that you are reading?” He answered, “How could I unless someone guides me?” (Acts 8:30-31). Philip’s reading of the Hebrew Scriptures was guided by his Christian faith which saw “Jesus as the gospel” in Isaiah 53.

The broadest and truest context of the Bible is the divine economy. This is the the best hermeneutic to apply to the Bible, even better than law/gospel, the covenants, or the dispensations, because what God does is not as intrinsic as what God is. God’s economy is the governing principle guiding the apostle’s teaching in the Bible (1 Tim. 1:3-4). The divine economy is God’s plan to dispense Christ as life into His chosen people to produce the church as the Body of Christ.

KUALA LUMPUR, Dec 20 — Christmas is still five days away, but the PKR-led Selangor government have decided to gift early presents to a Protestant church group and other non-Muslim creeds in the state.

Selangor Mentri Besar Azmin Ali said his administration has approved RM200,000 for the ongoing construction of an office and chapel owned by the country’s umbrella Protestant church body, the Council of Churches of Malaysia (CCM), and a state budget of RM6 million in repair and renovation assistance for non-Muslim places of worship.

“It is our commitment to continue to support religious institutions of various faiths in Selangor,” he said in his speech at the state-organised Christmas celebration in Klang last night.

He said he doubled the state allocation for non-Muslim creeds from RM3 million after taking office in September 2014 to prove his commitment.

“I am happy to announce that for 2016, the same amount has been maintained,” he said.

“As we approach Christmas, let us be reminded that while it is a season for receiving, it is more importantly a time for giving,” he added.

I see.

Matthew 26:52 NIV

"Put your sword back in its place," Jesus said to him, "for all who draw the sword will die by the sword."

I dont know what happened, nor do I know who this person is but I know that its easily to be seduced by the dark side. Hence, we need God to protect us. God will take care of us.

QUOTE
“The ultimate weakness of violence is that it is a descending spiral begetting the very thing it seeks to destroy, instead of diminishing evil, it multiplies it. Through violence you may murder the liar, but you cannot murder the lie, nor establish the truth. Through violence you may murder the hater, but you do not murder hate. In fact, violence merely increases hate.

Returning violence for violence multiplies violence, adding deeper darkness to a night already devoid of stars. Darkness cannot drive out darkness; only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate; only love can do that.”

Are you sure that is something Jesus would have approved?

As much as we all want that but it's wrong to pray such prayers.

The Apostle John once said the same thing to Jesus in Luke 9.

Study the passage in Luke 9:

…54 When His disciples James and John saw this, they said, "Lord, do You want us to command fire to come down from heaven and consume them?" 55 But He turned and rebuked them, and said, "You do not know what kind of spirit you are of; 56for the Son of Man did not come to destroy men's lives, but to save them." And they went on to another village.

That is the wrong kind of spirit to exhibit.

Bro,

Romans 12:19 says:

Do not take revenge, my dear friends, but leave room for God's wrath, for it is written: "It is mine to avenge; I will repay," says the Lord.

Apostle Paul once said this in Ephesians 4:26

"In your anger do not sin": Do not let the sun go down while you are still angry,
