Did anyone upgrade their card from CIMB cash rebate Gold MasterCard to Platinium? since the annual income requirement is reduced.

I went to card center and request for an upgrade.

Refuse to accept any excuse about waiting ( since new issuance is 1 hour, so re-issuance should not take that long as well ).

After 1 hour, they did produce the card to me laugh.gif

But CL was not revised until recently.

Not that it matters la.

Hey guys, I did a brief search in this thread but couldn't find an answer for this.

Does anyone know if we buy a laptop through the Dell or HP online store (where they courier the laptop to you), would this payment be categorised as "E-Commerce / Online Spend" for cashback purposes?

Yes, I supposed it's online transactions. Just be careful if it has cross border charges, I know Apple Store has.

Can't believe that I have received RM 14.40 of cash back for groceries category using my CR Plat. laugh.gif

It's only 2% and I really thought I wouldn't use this benefit at all. laugh.gif

That was last time and I applied and got mine also based on 60k p.a. However, last month I think they revised to 24k already. No more gold card as per their website information. laugh.gif

The perks are really something...but..one of the highest published requirement:

The minimum income requirement for CIMB Enrich World Elite MasterCard is RM250,000 per annum.

The minimum requirement is still attainable for 21k per month, there are tonnes of managers at that level but to spend at least RM 1 million to waive its AF, I really doubt so. sweat.gif

Say if the person earns the minimum requirement 22k, I doubt s/he will spend so much - RM 1 million. sweat.gif
Monthly spending is much much higher than their salary. laugh.gif

Unless just pay for it. laugh.gif
If I can qualify and I want it, yeah like you said, just pay for the AF. laugh.gif
