I was cheated and robbed by Celcom.. i just came back from overseas last month. But my bill exclated from RM44 (38 first basic) to RM97 and followed by RM103. no even one calls were made in the last 2 mths since swear i swichted to other sIM card when i was overseas. Today i went to Celcom customer service Jalan Ampang. When i requested to see the manager. Immediately the staff said no managers around. Meet only by appointment. What customer service is this! Horrible service!. I will write in detail later. This is a true fact and I am about to bring my complaint to aduanskmm@cmc.gov.my tomorrow.

Indeed, celcom is very unstable. My 3g always kena drop from time to time in penang.
Before this i was using umobile, much better experience.

Recently unstable and terrible network coverage. Extremely slow even when 4G icon displayed.

I have disable my MMS and compaint to their CS. 1 message is 1.50. This is extra service from celcom.  |

same thing happen to me today, from noon until now no connection. really frustrated.
at least, if want to do some maintenance just do during off peak hour...midnight ker..

anyone know is Celcom DATA is down at Penang, Bayan Baru area? My phone not able to access data. Although it shows 3G. ON/OFF phone, date, airplan mode.. none of it helps
