The most pointless/useless feature on my 2.0 ... never understood why it seems to be an attraction here.

The Cerato 2.0 is now out of stock nationwide, do consider getting the 1.6 SX full specs instead but it does not have the sunroof.

My HU's SD Card slot went kaput already.

What are my options? I really prefer the stock HU, but where can i buy those?\
Or change to aftermarket?

If your car is still below 40,000 km or less than 2 years, you can contact Naza Auto Solution Tel : 03-7960 0400 for warranty claim. Otherwise, you can approach them too for any repairing , that is required for your stock HU.

More than 40k already. I already did this at Kia Juru. They asked me to send an email to one of the reps. Until now there no reply.
