sub sale always has a lower price compare to new launch.
new launch will enable you to start paying full installment after 2/3 years, while sub sale you will have do full payment on installment immediately.

and yes, ijm does provide promotion package for new launch penduline, and the package was 3% rebate and free all sort of legal + MOT, is quite attractive IMO, you may check out the latest promo with SA.

I got a loan offer from rhb, full flexi,monthly installment 2890,interest 4.4 percent, Clta flat cover 30 years ,rm 20510.45 each person(2 buyer),no commitment fee, no set up fee, no withdrawal fee. Anyone know of what is clta, because the info of clta is very limited. I want to check whether this rhb bank offer good or not.please help. Thanks

Not sure what CLTA is exactly but it is similar to MLTA. The differences u gotta check with ur banker. Good or not, up to you to compare with other banks. Based on interest rate alone, it's good lo I guess because nowadays pretty difficult to get below 4.4%. Did u try applying from Ambank? Ambank also offered quite a good rate to me few months back

Yes i did take rhb's offer. But Ambank's offer was also pretty good in my opinion. Slightly lower monthly repayment tipped the scales towards RHB's offer
