Every morning I 610am from kemuning. 640am reach bukit bintang with kesas + federal with toll free. Even you can reach by kesas + max to bukit bintang with toll.

Good pleasure to hear they let the registrants queue via staying inside the showroom. Closed out the showroom is also a better measurement for security unless they have enough bunch of crowds for queuing.

I think after EcoWorld did the show of providing special treatments to those queued for Merrydale in a heavy rain night early this year, I feel a lot of developers follow suit. Well done.

If IJM gives 10% rebates for such price landed in such potential township, be it sold out all units in 1 day. It would be able or highly will cause the BR value down in just 2 years time, upon this 10% rebates prop completed.

I think staffs ok, at least they only give to their own staffs with some allocation units and of coz, the staffs deserved such benefit for win win situation. Anyway, I thought IJM give staffs different discount and based on KPI or number of years worked.
