Hi,
I noticed I had a CRT tagged to my phone number without subscribing to any CRT package or anything. I've tried checking using the *100# menu and it says I'm not subscribed to anything. I want to get rid of it, am using a hotlink number. Please PM me. Thanks. |

Like many of the above posts I have received the following message;

My wife and I each received a text stating our "CRT DIY Package will be renewed on 11/10/2016 at RM3. We never ordered this service. We do not want this service. We want our money refunded.
There are many people complaining about the same problem. It seems Maxis is being fraudulent by charging people for a service they never ordered. I suppose they think most people will either not notice or not complain about a RM3 charge each month. I do not want to list our phone numbers on a public forum. Is there some other way to contact Maxis? Calling *131# does not work. I called customer service at 123, but I only get a recording in Malay. I find Maxis very difficult to deal with.    |
