There are many people complaining about the same problem. It seems Maxis is being fraudulent by charging people for a service they never ordered. I suppose they think most people will either not notice or not complain about a RM3 charge each month.
I do not want to list our phone numbers on a public forum. Is there some other way to contact Maxis?
Calling *131# does not work.
I called customer service at 123, but I only get a recording in Malay.
I find Maxis very difficult to deal with.
