hi! i just a bought a Hotlink no. and received 2 SMSs as per quoted.

i tried to unsubscribe by dialing *131# but failed.

1st attempt: Session time out.
2nd attempt: i have subscribed 1 song???

kindly assist me to unsubscribe this thing...

can also deactivated this unwanted feature for my mother's no. also? she's been using this no. like almost a year already... RM3 * 12 = RM36 ++ already.

Maxis, please deactivate this unwanted feature as i have never subscribed to any of these. Tried & couldn't unsubscribe via *131#. Please PM me for details.

It is the way Maxis making more profit, it's acting like 'monthly dividend' to them.

How to remove my CRT service? I never requested it and it has been charging me for many months! This is an act of thiefing which takes user's money without consent!
