can you please terminate/cancel my DIY CRT Package. it has been deducting my credit balance.

I have received the same message from Hotlink & fee deducted from my balance for the crt diy package which I did not subscribe to or want.
Please cancel this subscription , do not renew on 4/5/16 as the message states, & kindly refund the charge already deducted.
