Please file your complaits to CFM at aduan@cfm.gov.my. So many of us have been been charged unfairly.
Your Right as Consumer As a consumer it is your right to get satisfactory services from your service provider. All Communications & Multimedia Service Providers are required to deal reasonably with the consumer and adequately address consumer complaints according to the General Consumer Code of Practice (GCC). The GCC is a industry self-regulatory code of practice registered with SKMM. The GCC was developed by CFM to foster the highest standards of business ethics and behaviour through industry self-governance. Your Right to Redress If you did not get satisfactory communications services, it is your responsibility to promptly address your dissatisfaction. It is your RIGHT to address any dissatisfaction or discrepancy that your have encountered with your fixed line, mobile phone, internet, television, radio and mobile content Service Provider. If your Service Provider did not resolve your complaints satisfactorily, you can seek further recourse and REDRESS your complaints with us. |

There are so many complaints against Hotlink for the AUTO PURCHASE of this CRT. Please complaint ot CFM for further actions. Many unsuspecting consumers have their credit deducted without them knowing it.

Hi, there's an issue with the *131# menu. My colleague who's a foreigner got this message for the DIY CRT package, and even me as a local was struggling to work the menu to unsubscribe. I think you guys need to get a UI/UX person involved to make the process a bit smoother, and have an easy option for an English menu.

I received SMS on package subscription as below: 'RM0. CRT DIY Package renewed. Next renewal 08/07/2016. Dial *131# or visit www.musicunlimited.com.my to manage or check out the latest song list.' Then Deduct RM3 from my credit. I have never subscribed to this package, so please terminate this subscription immediately. My mobile number is 0174919684 Please unsubscribe it |

For years subscribers have been robbed of their hard earned money through this auto subscribed CRT service. It's time to stop such unethical business conduct. Report to MCMC and consumer associations.
Also send an email to Maxis that every time they auto deduct RM3 and auto load CRT to you, they agreed to pay you RM10 each day for using the unsolicited service. Then file a claim. If every one does that, such unethical practices from telcos would be reduced. |
