Please remove the CRT package and disable the voicemail from my number below:

I have never subscribed to this package, and your telco just simply keep renewing it without my consent. There wasn't even a clear option to unsubscribe from it. This is kind of unscrupulous practice is really disappointing coming from Maxis.

What about the voicemail? Could you please disable that as well.
The ringing time before the call enters voicemail is freaking short...
