Just go to Sam's Groceria, Jaya Grocery and Giant (a few only) to reload.

only these 3 will accept credit card ya, any charges?

I don't know about the rest because I only reload at Sam's.

What is your income? If can, get PBB's VS which can be used to pay utilities(online payment using UOBpayonline).

That's the reason why I chose groceries.
Also I can pay my UniFi bill in Sam's as it has ePay system and accepts credit card payments.

Just cut it simple, there's no "perfect" card now after OCBC's Titanium and MBB's dual card.

can elaborate further on 99 speed mart accept paying utilities bill and by using wise card as grocery category too?

can't use cc for epay services at 99.

My income is very low lolx.. Cant apply PBB VS though..

I will opt for Utilities and Petrol.. Since I rarely do grocery and I only have one Unifi bill to pay.. Plus I'm not working or staying somewhere near to NuSentral..

Some more we are not sure when will the NuSentral Sam Groceria stop accepting paying bills for TM Unifi..

Its safer to go for Petrol, since my petrol usage is more than Unifi bill

Well, I've seen people paying utilities bill over there but never ask for details.
Will ask them and see can use card or not for this since I'm regular customer there.

Then it is not worth mentioning.
