i have a feeling this may work because:
1) Autobilling will kick in exactly on bill date itself. Confirmed this with CS.
2) If I enable autobilling today, RM5 rebate will be given to my upcoming September bill.
3) Autobilling is basically an automated manual bill payment using credit card (see screenshot below).
I'll try this autobilling and see how the results in 1 month's time. 2 months to see my Wise statement on October (for autobilling on Sep).


update on YES 4G Auto-Billing.
1) No RM5 autobilling rebate, eventhough i registered it via Self Care before Sep bill.
2) Asked CS, the RM5 autobilling rebate only be given
AFTER successful autobilling has been executed (charged to credit card), not the moment you subscribed autobilling (i guess this is to prevent fraud).
3) For Sep autobilling, just got charged moments ago. If what CS said is true, I should expect RM5 autobilling rebate in my Oct bill.
4) Now, about autobilling MCC, confirmed this with HLB, MCC #
