You're right about the accident. It could happen not only to children but adults too. Not sure whether SPS got consider this.

Anyway, i will make a complaint on this.

I also hope the rest of the P1 buyers wherever you are now and if you are reading this please help to call/visit/drop email to SPS to complaint about the no fencing at the waterway area. Regardless you are investors or own stayers , I believe it is important to have that area to be fence up.

Treehill gor, not sure yet.. But 708k for a superlink in Ecohill, indeed really a good buy..

I also feel is worth if compare with EcoMajestic's Merrydale. Better security, has good landscaping and land size is bigger as well. Good deal for 708K.

Ya..very good deal if compare with merrydale & saraca. Maybe saraca owner need make complaint to SP Setia as quite no fair for them to bought hse at 673K but only enjoy 3% rebate from SP Setia and smaller land size without g&g.

I think this deal only available limited time due to SP Setia 40th Anniversary. If is not, I think it would be only 3%

If this future planning is realized, we shall witness a total different Semenyih in near future....

I have shared this before.. Ecohill link is expected to handle 100,000 traffic commutations... Based on youe projection, how long it can sustain till heavy congestion?
