Early of this year . If I remember sps CEO has mentioned about slow sale performance this year compared to previous .so they concentrated their time and focus on quality performance and delivery of unbill sale instead of launching and selling in order to enhance market images and preparation for future launches of ecohill 2. Their pricing strategy is also very much acceptable in general medium and upper on current market condition.

Won't recommend it actually.
It is quite close to main roundabout if i am not mistaken. If you bring kids over have to pay close attention else kids stray to the road/roundabout. Quite dangerous.

Need to see again how far it is from the roundabout. But location means a lot people will go to the Hill instead.

hmm...its good to have the link ...but i think in the morning, the link will be jam with cars...

now i scared wanna get out at roundabout is tough.
Cause too many cars coming from the roundabout

How should I say.
It goes this way, the continuous flow of traffic into the roundabout normally make it hard for those coming out from P2 and P3 to merge into the roundabout and out.

You know, like when its quite heavy but not that heavy and some people drove real fast and some drivers from P2 and P3 chicken a bit don't dare to go out unless it is super clear.

Plus, the traffic in Semenyih is really scary in the morning. The number of cars queueing to get out of semenyih in the morning, the lines are so long.

Anyway let's see how it goes.

For me, I only worried of merging out to the roundabout. The slowness at toll is ok for me, it will be nightmare if suddenly someone's smart tag failed to clear.
