Okay, this is the site of the club house... SA said it is 5 stories, 350 square feet buildup (mistake I suppose, my bet is 35,000 square feet buildup), and shall be opened to the residents of P2 and P3 tentatively, depending on whether they able to collect enough fees to support the club house...

Actually still have more info to share... but it's late already....
Sharing the most fruitful info I obtain today - timing taken from 2-tier roundabout till Flyover bridge along Jalan Bangi Lama (which is the entrance to Lekas Semenyih toll).. Time taken 2 minutes 7 seconds, about similar to the time I taken last time... This is the speed of bus, I think for car maybe just need around 1.5 minutes, depending on traffic.. These are some real site pictures of the Rainbow creek in Presint 2. I presume Presint 2 shall be the most beautiful presint in Setia Ecohill, together with the gigantic 5 stories club house...
