Hope more people move in especially the row facing golf club, it look especially good at night time.

I'm seriously fond over Taming Mutiara 2 front row which facing golf club view... Too bad is out of my league, 1.4 mil cost around 7k monthly instalment..

me too, some more it has 3 floors...1 floor for living roon, 1 floor for sleeping room, 1 floor for multipurpose

Taiko, this is Taming Indah 2 that facing golf club, Taming Mutiara 2 bungalow which cost at least RM3m look even greater at night time is facing Taman Ikhlas and Wira Mutiara bungalow.

why facing taman ikhlas? klcc is at smk side

Taming Mutiara 2 is located behind Palm Walk and in front of Taman Ikhlas, Wira Mutiara and Desa Budiman bungalow section. Don't think can see KLCC.

from what I had read from newspaper few days ago, SILK is in deficit right now...

No leh. If you read their financial report on their website at http://www.silk.my/AnnualReport/SilkHoldings2014.pdf , especially on page 36, it clearly shows that their profit for the year 2014 after minus income tax expense is RM 41,212,000. In 2013, they made a profit of 35,245,000.

I just found out that SILK Holdings BHD disposed 100% equity of the SILK highway to IJM.

Based on the latest quarterly result attached for quarter ended 30/4/2015, the highway division make a loss of RM2m but still much more better than loss of RM9m for quarter ended 30/4/2014.

One of the reasons for loss was high finance cost, almost one third of group revenue used to service the borrowing.
Understand that this borrowing mainly for the construction of Silk Highway. Nevertheless, their revenue increased tremendously from RM22m in QE 30/4/14 to RM41m in QE30/4/15 that means more and more people used their road.

Building plan of SRC Sg Long submitted to MPKJ two weeks ago but still unable to fulfill the safety requirement.

MPKJ Chairman said there is lack of follow up by building committee member and consultant unlike other school committees which is very proactive, not even one meeting has been held between MPKJ and the consultant/committee.
