There are three major events in 2015 will affect Sg Long

1) UTAR new campus (confirmed)--------------------------------open in June 2015
2) SRJK © Bandar Sungai Long (to be confirmed)--------------BIG QUESTION MARK!!
3) Access road-Bukit Sungai & Silk Highway--------------------ready by August 2015

Just rented a room in SL 7 for RM 250.
The jam going out of the area on saturday and sunday baffled me =w=

Will be studying in utar for the rest of two years.

Where is the location of this access in Sg long ?

This is a two lane road (each side)

With this exit, definately will push up Bkt Sg Long's property value, easier access for residents to and fro Silk.

welcome the less jam route out certainly, but hope that the condo ppl will remove their crazily parked cars or its going to be a chaotic road. 2 lane from highway become 1 after turning left.

I don't see much issue apart from the congestion due to illegal parking... Well, Malaysia culture. Having more traffic flow in and out at the outside of the taman may cause some issues in future. Now even though it looks abandoned, but I like the peaceful.

Taming Indah 1 which previously launched at 600k, and now it has been appreciated almost 250% even the access is still missing. So I don't think the new access will help to boost much high appreciation.

Definitely I am welcome to have a new access even I may need to pay RM 1 for the toll. In fact, I have consider twin palms for upgrade before.

I am from Bkt Sg Long. I welcome this access. It will help to ease the traffic no doubt.

The link road look abit deep . May not convinient for those staying outside and bmc

Just a survey to Sg. Long and BMC folks, what are the advantages to buy house for own stay in your area compare to other places like Semenyih/Kajang?

If you are Chinese, you will like BMC and SG long, more than 90% are Chinese and The commercial are very Chinese friendly...

i fully agree with doomdoom, if you are a chinese, you definitely will like to stay here...

the only main problem here is traffic...other than that are small problems unless you stay beside the quarry...

dontwe have a Polis stesen ady at the last, bottom row of the red brick shops? anyway sglong is much more convenient and dare i say, upmarket, than kajang or semenyih.
