i trained hard too, i squatted 3 times a week and only reaching 2x bodyweight squat after 3 years of training sweat.gif

it must be either genetic or technology, like some angmo can just achieve 2x bodyweight squat in a year, chinese and north korean lifters going up to 4x bodyweight squat in 4 years icon_idea.gif

I didnt say he is on juice,I am just wondering if he is on it, and I too wouldnt know unless there are black and white tested. because some people lied about their juice usage.

my only issue is that a freaking strong 19 years old boy who is natural is too hard to believe. if he is natural, mad respect.

I wish you all the best in your MPA competition, heard there will be one soon. if its not tested, dont be sad if you lose biggrin.gif

nope, I am not really into powerlifting, I prefer strongman competition. cuz my bench sucks.

overhead press leh, i supposed strongman having alot of overhead pressings, your tris and delts helps alot in benching weih

overhead press(log press/giant dumbbell) is ok cuz in strongman you can jerk. strongman is not strict with form.

because short people got advantages, for the same 10kg gain, short people will look much beefy, tall people might need 15 to 20kg gain to get the same wideness

That's what I thought cause going to the gym would make one more aware of their diet.

But on the flip side I also thought maybe they didn't eat enuf so all the nutrients went to the bulk while the height suffered.
